Shipping & Returns
The shop uses flat rate of 5 euros to ship all over Europe. If there is a request for an item outside of Europe you can write directly to email@example.com with the request, make sure to mark down your preferred item, size and/or color and the shipping address and I can provide the pricing offer. Most often the products are delivered at the post office.
You can make payments for your purchase using regular bank transfer. After your order is confirmed you will automatically receive the payment details and after the payment is received, your order will be submitted. If all items you ordered are in stock, it will take about 1 – 5 work days for your order to be processed and marked as shipped. This time does not include ship time. We will be sending you another email when we ship your order.
If there is a problem with the product ordered from the shop, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Hellsjells.
