Payment

Payments are accepted currently through bank transfer only. And shipping is available in Europe. If there is a request for an item outside of Europe you can write directly to hello@hellsjells.com with the request, make sure to mark down your preferred  item, size and/or color and the shipping address and I can provide the pricing offer. Most often the products are delivered at the post office.

Lost, delayed or stolen packages

We are not held responsible for parcels once they have been posted. We keep receipts of all proof of postage. Any concern please contact your post office, email us at hello@hellsjells.com or use our contact page.

Returns

If there is a problem with the product ordered from the shop, send an email to hello@hellsjells.com within 14 days of receiving the item and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Hellsjells. Find more info at the Returns page.
